We have a whiteboard calendar next to the west stairwell that has many of our upcoming events. Please take the time to write down events that would be of interest to our congregation (local school concerts, ballgames, community events, etc.). The calendar is a continuous calendar that is updated each week. The old week is erased and the new month is continued from where the old week left off. Be aware that the newer month may actually have some days above the current month.

Nametags

We have provided magnetic nametags for all regular attendees to our congregation. If you are attending and don't yet have a printed nametag, please give your name to one of the deacons and we will have one for you next week! We want to know everybody's name and this gives us a great opportunity to get to know each other. If you wear a pacemaker or cannot otherwise manage a magnetic nametag, please let us know and we will provide a pin-on one. There are magnetic whiteboards at both the west and east entrances for you to store your nametags between services.

Communication Time

We provide a communication time for our members to let everyone know what is going on in our congregation, introductions of visiting friends and family and good news/prayer concerns. Our communication time begins at 10:45 a.m. Sunday mornings prior to our 11:00 a.m. worship. When possible, please note who is facilitating communication time prior to 10:45 a.m. and give them your announcements to be made from the pulpit. The name of the facilitator is printed in the bulletin each week and for the upcoming week as well.
